Summary: Great location walkable to all the old town sights. Lovely building and comfortable accommodation. We paid for the city view superior twin room but were put in a small twin with a tiny shower room overlooking a rear courtyard. When I questioned if we had been given the wrong room type I was told it was the superior city view twin in a quiet location. Not convinced! Still charged the upgraded room price. Breakfast is simple and basic bread cheese etc. overall happy with our stay but not convinced by the room pricing. I’d look elsewhere if staying in Zurich again
